Tap water at a gold price
What if one day you discover that designer water, for which you pay almost 5 euros per liter, is tap water? That is what has happened with the Voss firm and its water, the favorite drink of celebrities and gourmet palates for its purity.
First, let's go back to its exclusivity that resides in its original packaging and where it comes from: the Norwegian glaciers. However, a documentary has revealed that it comes from the urban water supply network of the Norwegian city of Iveland.
That is to say, tap water, of a lifetime for the inhabitants of that population, while others pay very high prices. Paradoxical, right?
Update.- And now it seems that the company's version is that it has an agreement with the Norwegian city to draw water from the same well as Voss water for consumption by the city's inhabitants. More information here.
