Garden dumplings: the daily recipe that the whole family will like
In which house do you not occasionally eat meatballs? And it is that this dish based on minced meat pleases both young and old, it is very simple to prepare and if we put in with it with determination, we can have food for a battalion. Today we bring you a version of this recipe that is different from the classic ones with tomato, meatballs to the planter, perfect to include vegetables on the plate and that nobody protests about it.
This is a recipe where the meat is especially tender, but as always and to taste, you can change a third of the amount of veal for pork if you still want a little more juiciness. Good vegetables, if possible from a nearby crop, and we have a guaranteed dish for the whole family to like.

- Milk (for the marinade) 90 ml

- Breadcrumbs (for the marinade) 30 g
- Parsley to taste (to decorate for the marinade)
- Salt and pepper to taste (for the marinade)
- Wheat flour to wrap the meatballs

- Meat broth 650 ml
- White wine 140 ml

In a bowl we put the eggs, the sherry wine, the milk, the breadcrumbs, the chopped parsley, the salt and the pepper and the very finely chopped garlic cloves. Stir until the ingredients are integrated. Add the minced meat and knead with the liquid mixture until it is homogeneous. We reserve in the fridge for 20 minutes.
We are taking portions of the meat and we give them a rounded shape, we pass them in flour and we reserve them. We put a frying pan on the fire with olive oil and brown them on all sides, without passing them too much. We reserve.
To make the sauce in a saucepan, add oil, heat it, add the minced garlic, the minced onion, the very small cut carrot and the finely chopped green pepper. Fry the vegetables for 15 minutes or until they are soft.
We add the diced tomatoes without skin or seeds, and let them cook for 10 minutes. When the time passes we add the wine, let it evaporate for five minutes and add the hot meat stock.
Let cook over low heat for about 20 minutes and add the peas and meat, simmering again for 15 more minutes. We serve very hot.
