Mix in a bowl the minced meat with half the breadcrumbs and the minced onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. We form a meat balls about five centimeters in diameter. Here everything depends on you since if you want you can make the meatballs more or less large.

We place all the fried meatballs in a refractory and bake at about 180ºC for about 15 minutes before serving.
