If you are one of mine then the part of the chicken that you will like the most will be the wings. Yes, I know that they do not have much "chicha" and that they are almost more appetizer than a large meat dish, but you will not deny that some chicken wings are not versatile to add different marinades and sauces, which make the most part simple of the bird we achieve recipes to lick your fingers.

And so are these baked chicken wings with Worcestershire sauce, crispy, golden, and delicious. And the best thing, that we will get it without great preparations, simply with a good marinade and a few minutes in the oven.

How to Make Baked Chicken Wings with Worcestershire Sauce

We will start by cleaning the wings and breaking them into three parts, discarding the part of the wingtip. In a salad bowl, mix the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and mustard. We separate a quarter of the sauce and put it in the fridge.

Add the wings to the remaining marinade, impregnate them well and leave the mixture in the fridge for three hours or so.

We preheat the oven to 220 degrees. We grease a refractory tray with a little oil or butter, add the wings with their marinade and bake for 30 minutes, turning them from time to time. Serve with the reserved marinade in the fridge.

Baked chicken wings with Worcestershire sauce are perfect for a dinner accompanied by a salad and the marinade that we reserve at the beginning of mixing the different sauces. If you want a more powerful dish you can accompany them with potatoes, either fried or mashed.
