Today is the meat recipe, and this time teriyaki chicken wings, a delicious mixture of one of the tastiest parts of the chicken and with the oriental touch that this type of marinade brings to meats. Teriyaki is a cooking technique in Japanese cuisine in which food is roasted, baked or grilled in a marinade of sweet sauce. The word "teriyaki" derives from the word "teri", which refers to the brightness of the sauce, and "yaki", which refers to the method of cooking it.

We will start by cleaning the wings of any feather that has been left, we split them in half. Mix the honey, the grated fresh ginger, the teriyaki sauce and the white pepper in a large bowl to make the marinade. We put the wings in it, mixing the meat well with the sauce. Let it rest for ten minutes in the marinade, and stir it from time to time so that it is well impregnated.

We preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and place a refractory tray lined with baking paper. We place the wings on wooden skewers and arrange them in the source. We bake them for 30 minutes, carefully turning them halfway through cooking.
