Pineapple caramelized pork skewers: quick recipe for fine dining

We will start the recipe by cutting the pork and pineapple into large cubes. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, honey, and soy sauce. sriracha sauce and ginger. We remove and add the cubes of meat and pineapple, mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
