How to Make White Chocolate Lemon Frosting Brownie

We will start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees. We will continue to melt the white chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, reserving to warm.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy and become a whitish mixture. Add the chocolate and butter mixture, stir well to mix everything.

Finally, we add the lemon zest, the juice and the flour, mix until we form a smooth dough without lumps.

We pour the pasta into a square mold that is greased and covered with greaseproof paper. We bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees.

To glaze it, we beat the egg white gently by adding the icing sugar, once a smooth and shiny icing is obtained we add the lemon juice. We pour the icing on the surface of the cake when it is cold and let it dry for a while.
