The tastiest, juiciest brownie is microwaveable in five minutes and effortless - the easiest and fastest recipe for chocolate lovers

We always say that the microwave serves much more than to reheat leftovers or breakfast milk, but the truth is that it costs a tad to change the chip. However, we have set out to take advantage of it and we have been giving it a go for a while and trying various recipes. The last one? The microwave brownie.

This is the tastiest and juiciest brownie we've ever tasted. And that's not all. It takes five minutes to cook and the preparation is a child's thing. You just have to mix the ingredients in a large and ready container. The effort is negligible and the result that is obtained ... brutal!

Ingredients

For 6 people
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 200 g
  • Vanilla essence 5 ml
  • Salt 2 g
  • Melted butter 100 g
  • Wheat flour 100 g
  • Cocoa powder 50 g
  • Chopped walnuts (optional) 20 g

How to microwave brownies

We take a glob of butter and spread the mold on it. Sprinkle a little flour over the entire surface and sides, shaking it to spread well. We melt the butter in the microwave at low temperature so that it does not splash. We let temper.

In a deep container, mix the eggs with the sugar, without the need to beat. Add the vanilla essence and a pinch of salt and stir to integrate.Add the melted butter and integrate. Finally we incorporate the flour and cocoa. Gently stir until obtaining a dense and homogeneous mass. If we are going to use walnuts, we add them now. If not, we continue with the dough as it is.

Pour the dough into the mold and spread it on the surface, using the back of a spoon. We put the mold in the microwave and program two and a half minutes at maximum power. Let the dough rest for 30 seconds before programming two and a half minutes more. We remove the mold from the microwave and let it warm before cutting and serving.

As you will have seen in the photos of the step by step, we have baked the brownie in a round pan. Also, for more INRI, is a quiche mold. Of all that we have on hand, it is the only microwave-safe mold. We were so eager to try this recipe and share it with you that we have let ourselves go. May the Taliban for the brownie forgive us.

One of the characteristics of the brownie is precisely its square shape. This requires a square or rectangular mold with a suitable size that allows it to rotate freely in the microwave.
