The ingredients ½ kilo of zucchini, 175 grams of semi-cured sheep's cheese, 4 slices of goat cheese, 2 leeks, ½ kilo of ripe tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a little oregano, oil, pepper and salt.
