My children liked it a lot, and that I was not very clear about because it was the first time that I used dehydrated mushrooms. I have found it a great and delicious option for those occasions when we do not have fresh mushrooms or we are not in season.

We start by hydrating the mushrooms in enough water. Then, peel and carve the onion. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the beef fillets. We remove them and add the onion, we will leave it until it is transparent.

Add the beef fillets and turn them over with the onion. Drain the mushrooms and add them. We rectify salt, add the glass of white wine and give it a few more laps. We put a little water, just because we can always add a little more if we see that it loses too much, and we let it do until the meat and mushrooms are tender.

What to accompany the meat in a sauce with various mushrooms

I served this meat recipe in a sauce with various mushrooms accompanied by boiled rice, although with a varied green salad or with fried potatoes it will be just as great. Instead of using white wine you can use red wine or any other variety of aromatic wine, you will also be left with an aromatic and delicious dish.
