Nectarine clafoutis. Recipe
Clafoutis are one of the most delicious and easy desserts that we can prepare, since it is only a matter of mixing a few ingredients, flavoring according to our tastes, adding any fruit, especially seasonal fruit, and serving as they come out of the oven, although of course we can enjoy them cold.
Today I opted to prepare a nectarine clafoutis, one of my favorites, since this fruit provides extra juiciness to the preparation, although of course, this goes in taste and you can make it from the fruit that you most want, since this is one of the great advantages of this recipe, which is perfectly adapted to any of them.
2 nectarines, 100 gr. flour, 80 gr. of sugar, 20 gr, of brown sugar, 4 eggs, 200 ml. of liquid cream, 50 ml. of milk, 50 gr. butter, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract.
How to make nectarine clafoutis:
In a bowl we beat the eggs, add the milk, the cream and the liquid vanilla, beat until integrated, continue and add the butter, which we will have previously melted and add it to the mixture, continue beating until everything is uniform.
Now we add the flour together with the two types of sugar and beat until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. We booked.
Next we cut the nectarine, I usually cut one of them into small square pieces and the other I roll it to cover the top layer. We booked.
In a mold or several, depending on whether you make individual versions previously greased with butter, we put a few pieces of nectarine cut into cubes, we pour the mixture on top and then we will put the rest of the laminated nectarine.
I like to sprinkle some brown sugar over the fruit before baking, but this is optional.
We will put it in the oven preheated to 180º and we will leave it for about 35 min. or until you click with a stick and see that it comes out clean, anyway it is easy you will notice because it acquires a golden tone once cooked.

Nectarine clafoutis is delicious when eaten warm, and if we accompany it with a little vanilla ice cream, it becomes softer and the contrast of flavors is very good. You can also take it cold, it is just as delicious.
