Karlos has already prepared a book for us so that we can start to get down to work this summer, Fresh Kitchen.

A compilation of recipes that he shows us in his program and that will go on sale next June 20 at a price of around 22 euros.

The success that this chef has is seen everywhere, on television, in his books, in his restaurant and even on his website. The reason, its healthy, simple, inexpensive cuisine, always taking advantage of seasonal products and resulting in “rich, rich” recipes mixed with its sympathy (although there are those who are cloying).

His repertoire never ends, and it is appreciated, because in addition to providing us with interesting elaborations for different occasions, he gives us many ideas to develop our own recipes.

Well, you know, Fresh Cuisine awaits you just before summer in your bookstore.
