How to Make Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Difficulty: Easy
  • Total time 10 m
  • Elaboration 10 m

We wash the blueberries and put them in the glass of an American blender. We add the banana, the oat flakes, the yogurt, the jam and the coconut water. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, increasing the intensity of the mixer little by little so that the blades do not suffer. We pour the mixture into three glasses.

We beat the cream, which must be very cold, with some rods (better if they are electric, so we won't have to make a lot of effort). When it begins to take shape, add the icing sugar and finish mounting. We put them in a pastry bag and finish the smoothie glasses with a bit of sweetened whipped cream, blueberries and fresh mint.

With what to accompany the blueberry and banana smoothie

Truth be told, this blueberry and banana smoothie is satiating on its own, can be served as a dessert and needs little as a side. If we want to give ourselves a good tribute we can prepare some pancakes or a sponge cake and have a snack in style. Otherwise, better leave it as is and enjoy without overfilling.
