How to separate yolks without making a mess

Don't tell me that you haven't ever messed it up in the kitchen when you have to separate yolks and whites for a recipe. Surely at least when you are beginners something has escaped you and you stain the egg whites that you need perfectly clean to mount.

Well, a few months ago, a video of a Japanese man who was dedicated to doing this task in a very simple way began to circulate on the net, and what is better, effective! Yes, I confess, I bought a bottle exclusively to try.

Well, a few weeks ago I came across a similar video, but this time much more beautiful and enjoyable. I recommend you to see it because the assembly is super cool and even in it a comparison is made of the time it takes to separate yolks from whites in a traditional way with the shell itself, not recommended in summer, by the way.

So much is the interest and acceptance that this bottle system has aroused that it has even been designed to a utensil as "delicious" as the one you see, the separating fish of whites and yolks. Its designer Shahar Peleg from Peleg Design has created the cute “YolkFish”, this little fish that "sucks" the yolks like nothing else. I love it!
