Baked rib: this is the best recipe you will find
Baked rib is such a simple and inexpensive dish that it is perfect for those days when we don't feel like cooking much. Just a good dressing and a bit of baking come to turn that piece of meat into an exquisite snack for which you have to roll up your sleeves and enjoy.
On this occasion I have chosen an Iberian pork rib, with a greater amount of fat, which makes this meat with bone juicier, if possible, but if you do not want to consume as much fat regularly, you can change it for a leaner pork White.
IngredientsFor 4 people
- Pork ribs 2
- Garlic clove 100 g
- Tablespoon sweet paprika 1
- Dried oregano
- Ground black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil 200 ml
- White wine (or beer) 100 ml
- Coarse salt
How to make Baked RibDifficulty: easy
- Total time 2 h
- Cooking 2 h
We will start by crushing the garlic in a mortar or, if we want, very often in a blade mixer, adding the paprika, oregano and pepper. We add the oil and mix everything well. We paint the pork ribs on all sides with the marinade and leave them for two hours in the fridge well covered.
We preheat the oven with heat up and down to 190 degrees. We place the meat in a refractory dish and salt it. Bake for half an hour, add the white wine and continue baking for another half hour or until we see the meat is already easily separated from the bone.
