Oriental style barbecue ribs, a recipe to surprise
We love Pork Ribs Direct to the Palate. We have made them in a thousand and one different ways but today we have discovered a more delicious way if possible, that of barbecue ribs in the oriental style an ideal recipe to surprise.
With a four-hour pre-marinade and double oven cooking, the result is incredible, tender ribs on the inside and crisp and tasty on the outside. Be sure to try them if you like our barbecue rib recipes because this preparation is really delicious.

- Garlic clove 3
- Barbecue sauce or better Chinese Hoisin sauce 250 ml
- Tomato sauce 3 tablespoons
- Honey 3 tablespoons
- Spring onion 1
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- Vodka 2 tablespoons

We start by preparing a marinade. To do this, in a food processor we mix the different sauces, - barbecue, tomato and soy - triturating them with the white part of the chives, the peeled garlic cloves and the honey. Add the vinegar and vodka and after processing a few minutes, reserve a third of the resulting sauce and cover the ribs with the rest.
Refrigerate the marinated ribs for a minimum of 4 hours, although we can marinate for up to two days for a more intense flavor. Then we put them on a baking tray to be able to roast them using the two-firing technique.
We put another tray full of water in the oven so that during cooking there is a lot of steam and so the meat is very tender. Preheat to 200º and bake for one hour, turning the ribs after 30 minutes.
After the first cooking, we remove the tray of water that possibly has completely evaporated and remove the ribs, cutting them apart, separating the different portions, leaving meat on both sides of the bone.
Generously varnish the ribs with the sauce that we had reserved and bake them at 235º for another 30 minutes so that the outside is caramelized, ensuring that they do not burn us. Sprinkle with parsley or coriander and bring them to the table.
