Cream of oreo, yogurt and white chocolate: easy, quick and oven-free recipe!

A few weeks ago I made an oreo cream, yogurt and white chocolate for a family gathering. Although my initial intention was to make a different sweet, I was forced to change course when I found that the white chocolate bar I had bought had bits of oreo. I didn't have time to react in any other way, but it turned out great.

The result was so liked that today we repeat the recipe. However, the task of finding the chocolate that brought me headlong the day this cream of oreo, yogurt and white chocolate was born has not been successful. However, the solution has been as simple as buying chocolate on the one hand and cookies on the other and mixing the two ingredients. At home they have not noticed the difference.

  • Oreo cookies 50 g
  • Liquid whipping cream 250 ml
  • Icing sugar 10 g

How to make Oreo cream, yogurt and white chocolate

Mix the neutral gelatin powder with the two tablespoons of milk, stir and let stand about five minutes until the gelatin has dissolved. We separate the ounces of white chocolate, put them in a heat-resistant bowl and melt it in a bain-marie, placing the bowl on a saucepan with water on the fire with a gentle boil.

We add the gelatine dissolved in milk to the melted chocolate, passing it through a strainer to make sure that there are no lumps. Stir with a few rods to integrate, without stopping. The chocolate will change in consistency and become very thick, but this is perfectly normal. Add half yogurt and stir with the rods. We will notice that the consistency of the mixture changes again and becomes more fluid.

We beat the rest of the yogurt in a large bowl and add, little by little and in a thread, the white chocolate mixture. We remove with the rods while we incorporate it, without stopping, so that we do not form lumps. Next, we crush the oreo in a mortar and add them to the mixture. Let the mixture sit and warm in the fridge for 10 minutes before continuing.

Meanwhile, we assemble the cream with the help of electric rods. We must make sure that it is very cold, otherwise it will not mount. We divide the cream into two equal parts and, to one of them, add the icing sugar and introduce it in a pastry bag with a star nozzle. The other half of the cream is added to the mixture in the fridge, stirring gently so that it does not come down, and pour it into six small cups or coffee cups.

We put the cups or coffee cups back in the fridge so that the mixture takes body, about 1 hour. At the time of serving, we decorate each cup or cup of coffee with the whipped cream that we have in the pastry bag and crown with a mini oreo. We can sprinkle with a little cocoa or with some chocolate shavings. This is totally optional.

But it admits as many variations as you have tastes: you can increase the amount of sugar, use other larger individual containers, do without the decoration, etc. No matter how you do it, it will surely make you look like kings and / or queens.
