How to make quick chocolate cream with red berries

In the glass of a kitchen robot we crush the chocolate, broken into ounces, together with the sugar and the vanilla essence. We will do it at full power for 20-25 seconds. Add the milk, the fine corn flour and the egg yolk. We program the robot at 100ºC, 8 minutes and speed 2. Let it cool down before serving accompanied by various red and / or wild berries, such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

If we prepare this cream in a traditional way we chop the chocolate and reserve. We mix it, in a wide bowl, with the sugar, the cornstarch and the egg yolk. We heat the milk in a saucepan and, when it starts to boil, pour it into the bowl while stirring constantly.

Pour the mixture into the saucepan and put on the fire. Cook over low heat, stirring, until it thickens. We remove and let cool before serving, accompanying the cream of red berries and / or forest.
