Spicy prawn spoon with cream cheese and mango
Last night we prepared some tapas for dinner at one point, we had a movie session at home, so there was not much time to lose. One of the bites we prepared was the Spicy Prawn Spoon with cream cheese and mango. We forgot to add a coriander leaf, but we realized once at the table, it sure rounded the combination, but it was also successful.
The ingredients 10 cooked and peeled prawns, 1 mango, 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1 small onion, 1 teaspoon of curry, ½ teaspoon of coriander powder, black pepper, olive oil, shichimi (failing that a hot spice) and salt.
The preparation Mix a good jet of oil and the chosen spicy spices in a bowl, add the prawns and let them taste. Peel the onion and chop it, peel and chop the mango. Put the pan on the fire with a little oil and lightly sauté the onion and in a couple of minutes add the mango. Salt and pepper and stir from time to time.
When the mango begins to be soft, add the cottage cheese, curry, coriander and add salt if necessary. Mix well and remove from heat before the mango falls apart completely. If you want a fine cream, you can crush it later.
Now you just have to arrange the cream cheese and mango in the spoons and a spicy shrimp on it.
