Enjoying the northern quesadillas and many more Mexican recipes from Directo al Paladar México (XXI)
With so many holidays in the last week, I was having a hard time knowing what day I live, but after Three Kings Day, we have returned to work and normal life so I already know that today is Thursday and as such, here we have the Twenty-first delivery of the best recipes of Mexican cuisine from our colleagues from Directo al Paladar México.
This week, we have really enjoyed their simple and well-prepared recipes, which are very useful for adding variety to our regular cookbook. Among the ones we liked the most, this delicious three-cheese sandwich, which I'm sure I'm going to prepare for dinner some night.
Without a doubt, Christmas has been present for everyone and as the end of the party, our Mexican colleagues have also prepared their traditional rosca de reyes, their version of our Roscón de Reyes. Continuing with sweets, they have also taught us how to make beautiful bear cookies that they have also made using a homemade mold.
But after these holidays, as we have all committed some excesses at Christmas, light recipes like this caprese salad mounted keeping the shape of the tomatoes come in handy.
Another of the most appetizing recipes that come to us from Mexico are tuna pancakes, which I am sure you will like a lot and when you see the recipe, you will surely be encouraged to prepare them. But if you want to enjoy all the flavor of Mexico you have to try this recipe for northern quesadillas
Finally, to leave you with the good taste of sweet recipes, I recommend some delicious apple and raisin puff pastry, and to accompany them, with an original and glamorous assortment of cocktails made on the basis of tea. See you next week with new ideas that the Mexican colleagues will surely present to us.
