- Roast or cooked chicken 200 g

We take the leftover grilled chicken and crumble it, discarding the bone and skin. We heat them slightly by putting them in the microwave for a couple of minutes on low power. We reserve. We prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, cream cheese or yogurt, milk and herbs, stirring well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
We wash the cherry tomatoes well and cut them into five slices each. We wash the mezclum or lettuce and cut it into strips. Finally, we peel the half onion and cut it into thin julienne strips, that is, into strips as thin as possible.
Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and place a durum omelette in it. When the omelette is hot we remove it and spread a tablespoon of the sauce on the surface, place a bed of green leaves and on it, some pieces of tomatoes, chicken and onion. Roll up and serve immediately while hot.
