Depending on the country you are in, all these definitions refer to a food concept. This concept is not yet widespread in other countries.

In the celebration of All Things Organic (the main fair dedicated entirely to organic food in the United States), in the city of Chicago, it was demonstrated that there is an expansion in terms of this type of gastronomy.

Organic food is experiencing the greatest growth within the food industry. This diet allows us to consume much better food. Food gives the best impression in terms of taste.

There is a future in the biological industry prepared by many companies for research issues of new techniques and practices for the organic treatment of different varieties of seeds.

Although there are pros and cons to this new trend:

-Laws guarantee the organic name for our safety. -We win in terms of flavor and variety in each food. -The fact of reducing chemical products in the growth and improvement of the food, helps to prevent our diseases. -This type of cultivation respects the environment with the consequence of less pollution. -Sometimes the physical aspect is not so pleasant to the eye. -The duration and expiration of these foods is much shorter and the price of these is higher.

Perhaps over time new techniques will be learned with cheaper costs and we can enjoy these foods without the need to pay sometimes exorbitant prices for a product called biological, ecological, organic ...
