Knowing Ferrán Adrià, he could not settle for a decalogue, like everyone else (just kidding), and has drawn up nothing more and nothing less than a manifesto of 23 points designed to try to promote creativity in the kitchen. We had already commented to you in January (it was presented in Madrid Fusión) some of the points that were touched on in this manifesto. Now and if you feel like it, in the El Correo gastronomy channel you can read the 23 points that complete the manifesto.

I really don't know if Adrià intended to lay down the guidelines by which the so-called New Kitchen can be governed, or if he only intended to "provoke" as the author of the article in El Correo suggests. If so, you have succeeded, at least with some of the points in the manifest. In any case, I take the first one: "The kitchen is a language through which harmony, creativity, happiness are expressed ... '
