The Weekly Menu Direct to the Paladar from August 1 to 15


This time we slightly modify the content of the post, not the title. Holidays have us for days and weeks the editors of Directo al Paladar a little absent, although as you can see, summer has not stopped us and we bring you some very succulent tickets.

In this special summer summary we will cover the best and the most curious from the 1st to the 15th of August. We will start with a very summery menu.
