Grilled zucchini, feta and mint salad, easy and light recipe ready in 20 minutes

  • Sesame seeds 5 g

We wash and cut the zucchini into one centimeter discs. Heat a grill type plate (to avoid using oil) and mark the zucchini for about two minutes on each side. It has to be crunchy, but not raw. We booked.

Meanwhile we prepare the dressing by mixing the oil with a little lemon zest and two teaspoons of juice. Add a little dried oregano, salt, black pepper and beat until smooth.
