The first task that needs to be done is to cook the salmon. We varnish it with a little soy sauce and put it in a steam case and cook it in the microwave for 6 minutes until it is juicy. Once finished, we sprinkle it with a couple of turns of the black pepper mill.
Meanwhile, we blend the sauce ingredients well, -mayonnaise, cream and blue cheese- until we obtain a homogeneous cream that we reserve cold to serve to dress our salad and give it a tasty and juicy touch that combines very well with fresh salmon.
Once it has cooled down, we separate half of the salmon loin and cut it into small pieces that will serve to add protein and healthy fat to our salad. The rest we can take advantage of for other recipes such as for an Italian pasta dish.
We cut the buds into quarters and arrange them on a serving platter. Between the buds, we put the pieces of salmon and we dress them with the cheese sauce, finishing with croutons to provide carbohydrates and a crunchy touch.
