Endive and tuna salad with honey and mustard vinaigrette [videoreceta]

Many times we get tired of eating salads, mainly because we do not vary in our preparations. One of my tricks at home is to use different vinaigrettes, which give a special touch and make diners happy. That's the case with this endive and tuna salad with honey and mustard vinaigrette that works great.

The classic bitter touch of the endive in combination with the sweetness of the honey and the powerful flavor of the mustard are enhanced by the light tuna in Isabel olive oil and the dried tomatoes. You will see how you like this mixture of ingredients. Pay attention to me.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Endive or mix of lettuces to taste, honey, mustard, 4 dried tomatoes hydrated in oil, light tuna in olive oil Isabel

How to Make Endive and Tuna Salad with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

As you will see in the following video that shows the process step by step, the preparation of this salad is very simple, the most important thing being to make the vinaigrette well with which we will dress the preparation at the end.

We start by chopping the dried tomatoes rehydrated in olive oil into bite-sized pieces. In a small bowl or bowl, mix the honey with the mustard until obtaining a light vinaigrette. It is a matter of beating for a while. If necessary we add a little olive oil to make it more fluid.

In the serving dish, we place the endive or the lettuce mixture that we are going to use, which we will have washed and drained well and on it we are letting the pieces of dried tomato fall, distributing them well. In the center of the salad we place the contents of a can of light tuna in Isabel olive oil.

Add a couple of tablespoons of the honey and mustard vinaigrette over the salad and put the rest of the vinaigrette in a separate bowl so that everyone can dress their serving of salad on their plate to their liking.

Processing time | 10 minutes Difficulty | Very easy

We recommend trying this Isabel escarole and light tuna salad with honey and mustard vinaigrette as a starter or as a garnish for grilled chicken or fish dishes, as the mixture of flavors combines wonderfully with these ingredients.
