Spinach and chicken salad with soy. Healthy recipe
We are already entering the month of November with the end of the year festivities a few weeks away. As time usually passes quickly, it is the ideal time to take care of our food a little with the perspective of everything that we are going to enjoy on the upcoming festive dates. The Christmas period is always prone to let us go to various excesses with food. And it is that we have the opportunity to share delicious delicacies with friends and family.
Today I propose a healthy recipe with this spinach and chicken salad in soy sauce that will be your best ally for these days when we have to take care of ourselves a little more. Spinach is perfect because it provides us with many health benefits such as iron, while chicken is the quintessential white meat when we are on a diet or simply taking care of our diet.

We are going to rinse the spinach leaves in water, drain them to cut off later the stems that were very long. Chop the onion that we fry for about 2 to 3 minutes in a pan with olive oil. We immediately cut the chicken into cubes that we add to the onion. Season with salt, pepper and leave about 10 minutes on the fire at medium intensity.
Then we add the peanuts and soy sauce. Stir again and leave an additional 5 to 8 minutes, always on the fire at medium intensity. To serve, place the spinach on the plate and cover it with the chicken and a dressing or vinaigrette of your choice. I personally like to use Ranch dressing or just a few drops of soy sauce and voila.
