Green bean salad with tuna and feta

The ingredients 800 grams of round green beans, 250 grams of cherry pear tomatoes, 375 grams of diced tuna, 150 grams of feta cheese, ½ glass of olive oil, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of tarragon mustard, ½ teaspoon of ginger grated, a little fresh parsley and chives and salt.

The preparation Wash and trim the green beans and steam them with salt to taste. Prepare the dressing, peel and chop the garlic clove and put it in a bowl with the parsley and chives, also minced, the grated ginger, the mustard with tarragon and mix well. Now add the oil and emulsify, finally add the diced feta cheese, mix well so that it acquires the flavor of the dressing and leave it to rest in the refrigerator until serving time. You can skip this step if you wish, but we like to pass the tuna through the pan. Well, in a frying pan with very little oil, sauté the whole tomatoes and the tuna cubes.

Serve the green beans on the plates, distribute the tomatoes with the tuna and finally the feta cheese, finish by dripping with the oil from the bowl and sprinkling a little paprika, sweet or spicy, to taste.
