Summer pasta salad, quick and uncomplicated recipe
I have already presented you with several salads, and of course, at this time it is basically what I eat. Simpler, more complete or lighter, but at home they cannot be missing on a daily basis. This summer pasta salad is one of my favorites, since even though it is as easy as the rest, it is one of the most delicious due to its combination of ingredients.
Of course, the ingredients can be adjusted to your liking and the amount of sauce or dressing is very personal. As we add salt to pasta when cooking it, and the rest of the ingredients already contain it in their composition, I don't add more when assembling the salad. I tell you how I like it, but I would love to know your variants or personal touches.

- Dry short pasta 200 g
- Turkey breast 50 g
- Canned tuna from the north 50 g
- black olives 6
- Green olives 6
- Dried tomato 3
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Extra virgin olive oil

Cook the fusilli in plenty of boiling salted water. We drain and pass the pasta through the stream of cold water. We drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. We place the pasta in a wide salad bowl.
Chop the turkey breast cold cuts into regular cubes and add it to the salad bowl. Add the bonito, the green and black olives, a little mayonnaise and mix carefully.
We chop the dried tomatoes and add them to the salad. Finally, and just when we present, we add the capers. We serve very cold.
