Wholegrain spaghetti with asparagus and ham and mozzarella rolls

The ingredients 300 grams of wholegrain spaghetti, 1 bunch of fine wild asparagus, 4 cloves of garlic, 4 slices of sweet ham, 150 grams of fresh mozzarella, black pepper, pink pepper berries, ground ginger and cumin, olive oil and salt.
The preparation Cook the pasta in plenty of salty water and drain when al dente. Arrange the slices of sweet ham on a flat surface and sprinkle with black pepper. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread it over each slice of sweet ham, reserving a little for later. Roll up the sweet ham and reserve. Remove the hard parts of the asparagus and wash them, chop and sauté them in a pan with a little oil and salt, after a few minutes add the peeled and rolled garlic. Season with a little ginger and ground cumin, mix well and when they are golden, remove them from the heat.
In another frying pan with a pinch of oil, brown the sweet ham and mozzarella rolls evenly. When you remove them, cut them into slices.
Serve the spaghetti on the plates, place the asparagus sauce on them, a few slices of ham with mozzarella and finish by drizzling with olive oil and sprinkling some pink pepper berries.
