Ferrán Adrià collaborates with Nestlé
Ferrán Adriá is going to collaborate with Nestlé in the development of two new chocolate products, as reported by the Swiss chocolate firm.
The chocolates will go on sale in September, but only in Switzerland, where each inhabitant eats an average of 11.6 kg of chocolate per year.
Our chef has collaborated with the French confectioners Broc and they have created original preparations that will offer a variety of flavors and percentages of chocolate that will range from 25% to 90%.
I understood that a good chocolate is one that has a high percentage of cocoa, if they sell us a bonbon with 25% cocoa, that is no longer chocolate, right?
Anyway, it will only be for the Swiss, so they will already think how much chocolate they consume.
