Blacks are not usually known or widely used, so I'll leave you these black noodles after 5 minutes; The dish itself does not have many mysteries, the most important thing will be to get the perfect point for the noodles, which should not be hard-hearted or scattered.
Ingredients: 200 grams of black noodles, 300 grams of prawns, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 cayenne pepper, 2 spring onions with the green, fish broth, olive oil and salt.
preparation: We peel the prawns, wash them and salt them. We cut the chives into slices and sauté them a little in a saucepan with oil, after two minutes, we add the noodles and cover it with the broth; We make them the time indicated on the package (usually 2 to minutes), we add more broth if necessary, keeping in mind that they have to be juicy, but dry.
In a frying pan with oil, fry the garlic and cayenne, and remove everything when the garlic is golden brown; We sauté the prawns in that perfumed oil until they change color and turn white. Now we only have to serve the noodles with the chives and spread the prawns on top and eat.
