We will start by chopping small chives and the garlic clove, cut the carrots into slices as well as the peeled tomatoes into cubes. We put a saucepan over the fire with the oil and when it is hot we add the chives and garlic, sauté for two minutes, then add the carrots and tomato, and let it cook together for another ten minutes.
