Andalusian style fruits
This dessert was shared by some of our friends surprising us with such a simple preparation but with an intense flavor. Andalusian-style fruits make a perfect combination of fruits accompanied by a good olive oil.
The preparation Peel and chop the kiwis into cubes, wash and chop the apricots, removing the bone. Cut the melon into quarters, removing the seeds and the skin, and then cut the melon into small cubes. Peel and cut the peaches and also remove the bone and cut into cubes, now mix all the fruits in a large bowl and add the previously chopped basil leaves, but reserve some for decoration.
Distribute the fruits in the wide serving glasses and bathe each preparation with a little of the syrup you have prepared. Cover the glasses with transparent film and leave to marinate for at least an hour in the freezer.
When you have to serve the glasses, drizzle each one with a couple of tablespoons of oil and finish decorating with a leaf of basil.
