A young chef presented a brilliant invention with which cooking will be carried out that will offer the diner exquisite flavors, it is Gastrovac, a pot capable of cooking food under vacuum.

The pot in question is the result of the fusion between science and gastronomy, chef Sergio Torres has received the collaboration of the Department of Food Technology of the Polytechnic University of Valencia to develop the novel pot. To tell the truth, it is not so new, it is now being made known, but it is already in some world-famous kitchens, the Bulli kitchen by Ferrán Adrià, surely it will have served as a test workshop. The pot in question is slated to be introduced in the United States shortly, and a bright future is poised to revolutionize the kitchen.

Gastrovac allows you to cook food without losing any property, since the water boils at 35º Celsius and in the absence of pressure. Gastrovac is the fruit of curiosity, innovation and the desire to provide the best for the diner.

We are looking forward to trying some stew made with this new pot. If Ferrán Adrià has it in his kitchen, we do not doubt that the palates will really be seduced by the cooking done.
