Ribolla monovilign grappa

The Italian house Nonino has a great tradition in the production of grappa. The Grappa monoviligno ribolla is special, it is made by hand and therefore, to highlight its importance, it is bottled in a special way.

The bottle is made of blown glass with a 25cl capacity, with a silver cap and a Giannola cuff label.

Grappa is made from grape marc, after fermentation the tremendously aromatic distillate is obtained. Twelve kilos of pomace are needed to obtain one liter of grappa.

The grappa that stands out the most is the one that preserves the most fruit aromas since it comes from seductive wines, although there are also grappas that are flavored with fruits, herbs or roots. The type of barrel used to age grappa is usually ash, as it is a neutral wood and does not provide specific aromas.

This grappa is worth trying for its taste and aroma.
