Asian Ingredients Guide
Asian cuisine is booming all over the world due to its great variety, its mixture of aromas and flavors.
Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Indian cuisine, just to mention a few, are full of delicious dishes and ingredients that are increasingly available to us every day. And many of these ingredients, such as ginger root, are already common for us to use in lots of recipes.
In the Makan Time portal I found a very complete guide to Asian ingredients and although the guide is English, each ingredient is accompanied by a photograph so that there is no doubt.
