We stumbled across his mushroom flour the other day, so we couldn't help but buy a couple of them, the Trumpeta de la Muerte and Ceps flour. It is a 100% natural dehydrated product made from wild mushrooms. It is very useful and practical to season our stews, creams, sauces, etc. Today we have tried the Death Trumpet flour with a baked lamb that has been delicious.
