Heston Blumenthal and his culinary laboratory

Desserts

If any restaurant would like to have the pleasure of visiting one day, it is The Fat Duck, by the world-renowned chef Heston Blumenthal, of whom we have already spoken on other occasions.

Blumenthal, whose three Michelin star restaurant was listed as the best in the world in 2005 by the British magazine Restaurant, is one of the great chefs behind the concept of molecular gastronomy and how science and the perception of the five senses influence in the culinary experience. Well, his followers and those interested in learning more about his techniques will be delighted to find a link, which I got thanks to the blog La Majuluta, to download some videos taken from the Kitchen Chemistry series programs that Blumenthal did for Discovery Channel.

The videos can be downloaded in different formats, the bad news for some is that they are in English.
