Tribute to the great chefs with Iranian caviar

Cavas Torelló, Gaggenau and Minim organized a tasting of Iranian caviar on November 8 to honor the great Spanish chefs. Nothing less than 15 kilos of this great delicacy.

During the tasting, organized on the occasion of the Year of Food, Cuisine and Gastronomy, the chefs were able to taste up to 500 grams of four varieties of Iranian caviar: Sevruga, Imperial Dorado, Oscietre and Beluga. The tasting was accompanied by varieties of Torelló cava and different Iranian foods, dates, yogurts, pistachios and bread. Our chefs commented on the caviar differences between the different types. For this tasting they used the appropriate kitchen utensils, since this type of tasting requires a sophisticated ritual.

It is not that we eat much caviar and less Iranian, personally it is a food, which despite being considered a delicacy worldwide, does not attract us in the least. And you?
