One of the products that the Mayper house presented to us at Alimentaria was the pasteurized liquid egg. They were conducting some tastings that at first could be not very innovative in the restaurant market, but for the reticent and small consumer, that is, those of us who prefer to make an omelette with a couple of fresh eggs, they offered us to check the taste and presentation in comfortable containers of different formats. There are different containers with different contents, beaten egg, yolks or whites. You can choose to make a whites-only omelette or use any of the three products to make rich pastries. Without a doubt, it is an option that saves time and is comfortable to use, especially in the case of specifying only the yolks or whites, since in many cases the rest of the egg is wasted.

The product has a shelf life of 35 days, enough time to spend it, it also has no preservatives or colorants.

The tastings were a success, both the pastries and the tortillas were really delicious. As they informed us, we will soon have their news in the shopping centers.
