Baked eggs in bread tart, the appetizer recipe that will conquer you

If fried eggs are a dinner classic in many houses, today I present you some baked eggs in a tartlet as an aperitif and also with its incorporated bread, how could it be less.

Ideal to present among other skewers, each one of them is cracked in an edible container and the best, without staining the kitchen at all and without oil. Of course, although I have brought you the simplest version, you can always season them with some other ingredient that you like and give them your personal touch.

We will start by preheating the oven to 180ºC with heat up and down. We grease a metal mold for muffins with butter, as many holes as eggs we are going to prepare.

Then we will crush the slices of bread with a kitchen roller until they are thin and we will place them by crushing them with the tips of our fingers to adapt them to the holes in the muffin mold. Bake for 10 minutes until we see that the bread begins to brown at the ends.

We remove the tray from the oven and crack an egg in each tart, add salt and pepper and bake again for 20 minutes. Remove and serve hot.

With what to accompany the baked eggs in bread tart

Enjoy these baked eggs in a freshly baked bread tart by themselves, or accompanying them when making them with pieces of serrano ham, chorizo, tomato sauce or whatever comes to mind. They are delicious and are very simple to prepare.
