Boiled eggs with prawns

Eggs are very versatile and we can combine them in a thousand different ways. With this recipe, boiled eggs with prawns will taste a perfect union.

The ingredients 8 hard-boiled eggs, 400 grams of prawns, 250 grams of peeled prawns, 1 cup of pink sauce, 4 lemons, 2 bunches of radishes, 1 lettuce, 4 peppercorns, 1 bay leaf and salt.

The preparation Boil the prawns in salted water with the peppercorns and bay leaf for four minutes. Add the prawns and continue cooking for another minute. Refresh with cold water and peel the prawns, leaving the tail on them.

Clean the lettuce and cut it into julienne strips. Mix half of the lettuce with the pink sauce and the chopped prawns. Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

Arrange the rest of the lettuce in a bowl and place the stuffed eggs on top with the mixture of pink sauce and shrimp. Next, decorate with the prawns, the sliced ‚Äč‚Äčlemons, the radishes and the yolks that you reserved, chopped.
