IV International Prize for Cooking with Extra Olive Oil "Jaén, Paraíso Interior"

Within the framework of the VIII Congress "The Best of Gastronomy" that will be held on November 20 in San Sebastián, they host the IV International Prize for Cooking with Extra Olive Oil "Jaén, Interior Paradise", sponsored by the Provincial Council of Jaén and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Junta de Andalucía.

Ten cooks will be the creators of the recipes made with one of the seven extra virgin olive oils that they have selected after a tasting in the Culture Hall of the Provincial Entity. The seven oils chosen from the 22 that were submitted to this initiative correspond to the companies from Jaén Castillo de Canena Olive Juice, Potosí 10, Ánima Aurea, Aceites Jiennenses de Cazorla, Aceites La Laguna, Aceites Guadalentín and Monva.

The delegate of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Junta de Andalucía affirms that all of them are companies that have a long history and carry out research work to improve the quality of their oils. With this initiative they intend to publicize the oil brands in addition to increasing their sales, since the event is a great showcase to which many professionals from all over the world attend.
