Cut the lemon into slices and cover with them the base of an oven dish. We have the ham or chicken thighs on top and season to taste.
Add the diced butter, the garlic cloves (we can chop them, grate them or use them whole), the oil and the juice of half a lemon. We place the rosemary branches on top.
We introduce in the oven, preheated to 200 ºC with heat up and down. Grill for 30 minutes or until meat is browned. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
