The dissociated diet

Desserts

In these days that are coming it will be practically impossible to avoid the rich feasts on key days, each party turns into a gastronomic celebration. Keeping the type on these occasions is usually difficult, since they are a great temptation and will surely leave us at least a balance of 2-3 extra kilos in our body.

With this diet we manage to counteract those gastronomic excesses that we are going to do during these dates and the most important thing is that we can give our body the opportunity to detoxify the digestive system, especially the liver which we are going to stuff with fats, sugars and alcohol. The dissociated diet is to make an adequate combination of foods, this diet is based on considering that food is composed of different nutrients, its digestive process is different and for this reason, there are good combinations that produce good digestions and a good use of nutrients .

Bad combinations produce bad digestions in addition to food allergies, heartburn or aerophagia. We do not pretend to talk about a diet to lose weight, simply a good treatment to our body in order to cope with the excesses that lie ahead.

The practical tips of a dissociated diet are these:

Try to eat carbohydrates at noon, since they have a higher index of satiety and thus we will avoid the feeling of hunger. Do not mix carbohydrates, an example is that if you eat rice, then do not eat potatoes. Always try to combine in the variety such as a salad first and spaghetti second.

Do not skip any meal, since it is not good for the body, the necessary nutrients must be provided in the appropriate periods of time, otherwise you could suffer a nutritional deficit, as for dinners you can do them with one or two dishes.

These guidelines will help your body to carry the gastronomic feasts moderately, and not suffer the symptoms of the binges that are coming.
