The dissociated diet
In these days that are coming it will be practically impossible to avoid the rich feasts on key days, each party turns into a gastronomic celebration. Bad combinations produce bad digestions in addition to food allergies, heartburn or aerophagia. We do not pretend to talk about a diet to lose weight, simply a good treatment to our body in order to cope with the excesses that lie ahead.
The practical tips of a dissociated diet are these:
Try to eat carbohydrates at noon, since they have a higher index of satiety and thus we will avoid the feeling of hunger. Do not mix carbohydrates, an example is that if you eat rice, then do not eat potatoes. Always try to combine in the variety such as a salad first and spaghetti second.
Do not skip any meal, since it is not good for the body, the necessary nutrients must be provided in the appropriate periods of time, otherwise you could suffer a nutritional deficit, as for dinners you can do them with one or two dishes.
These guidelines will help your body to carry the gastronomic feasts moderately, and not suffer the symptoms of the binges that are coming.
