Several dietitians from the University of Newcastle (United Kingdom) tell us that women gain weight and do not take care of their diet when they have a stable partner, on the contrary they assure that men, thanks to their partner, have better health thanks to their nutritional care and stability with partner.

Of course, this is not always the case, it depends on how the person is. The funny thing is that this study may have some reason, as some women once they are married are less careful about their diet and their appearance. Surely more than one of us will have checked it with someone from our family, our mother, our aunts, etc., they have given so much to the family that they do not care so much about their diet, adding that when there is food left over, they finish it. Perhaps our generation is not so involved in this study, the physical has become a pathological obligation and concerns more than health. According to the study, women eat more fats and sugars since they live with their partner. Of course, it will be the man's fault too… On the other hand, thanks to women, men eat more fruit and more vegetables, on the contrary, women opt for fast food, pasta with succulent stir-fries, etc. and they add that women have less time to do sports.
