Desserts

The past week has been full of recipes that look delicious. Let's start with the appetizers, where we find some potato omelette skewers with zucchini and carrots or the rustic pate with pistachios. As starters the Adolfo salad, the lentil salad with iziki seaweed or the goat cheese with red wine. Among the main dishes we have the round of beef flavored with capers, the leg of lamb stuffed with vegetables, the rabbit with olives in beer, poached eggs with curry and a couple of recipes with fish such as hake stuffed with mushrooms and prawns and the monkfish with wine sauce. Garnishes potato nests with quail eggs and potatoes gratin with mushrooms and bacon.

For those who want to venture into Japanese cuisine we find the maki rolls and for those who prefer Mexican cuisine there are the Mexican tacos.

For those with a sweet tooth, we also present some desserts such as lemon tart, baked apples stuffed with nuts, muffins with blueberries or carrot sorbet.

Among the utensils we have the anamorphic cups, the tower spice rack or the toaster that prints skulls on your toasts.

In terms of cookbooks we talk about some like Healthy Cooking, a cookbook based on the Mediterranean diet, The 50 best curries in India by Camellia Panjabi, A man in the kitchen, by Bill Granger and Beer a la carte.

Among the news we have discussed is the publication of the 2007 France Michelin Red Guide, and the 2006 Prix Literaire Gastronomique award that Arzak received for his book Bocados. Among the curious data that we have presented is the world's hottest chili according to the Guinness record
