An impressive volume of 1232 pages and with a content of 3,000 recipes, 600 photographs and 4,000 articles dedicated exclusively to the world of gastronomy. We can also find the products, the utensils, the designations of origin, the techniques, the history of the kitchen, the restaurants and the great chefs. The first edition of this work dates from 1938, but now we have it updated and in our language. Such a book is worth having, and it will be a book that we will doubtfully run out of in no time. The price is to scare a little, nothing less than about 120 euros.
